Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the modernization and upgrade of Register of Voters system (ROVER), transitioning from ASP.NET MVC 5/.NET Framework to the latest .NET platform. 
*Hybrid in Regina, Saskatchewan
Must-haves:
Minimum 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
Proven experience working on .NET system upgrades or legacy modernization projects.
Ability to understand systems built on ASP.NET MVC 5 / .NET Framework and translate requirements for modern .NET implementations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret legacy system artifacts (requirements, design docs, test scripts).
Strong background documenting business rules, process flows, and functional requirements for complex systems.
