What you'll need to succeed 
7+ years in Large Commercial insurance.
Strong large Commercial P&C Insurance expertise to support enterprise-wide technology modernisation initiatives
Knowledge of Liability/ WICA/ Marine Hull/ Energy operational flows.
Experience in Insurance Core system implementation or modernisation.
Strong stakeholder management with Underwriting & Claims.
