What's the role
The Senior Business Analyst will support the Downstream ERP Customer DV LSC team, focusing on Secondary Distribution for Lubes Supply Chain and Fuels Shipments. The role is responsible for delivering functional designs for projects and change requests in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading functional design discussions, producing functional specifications, guiding application development, and supporting testing and solution acceptance. The role ensures timely delivery of high quality, fit for purpose IT solutions aligned with business requirements. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the Senior Functional Delivery Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
