Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex insurance and claims-related initiatives.
Analyze, document, andoptimizebusiness processes to drive operational efficiency.
Conduct detailed requirement elicitation sessions with business users, SMEs, and technical teams.
Translate business needs into clear and well-structureduser stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented effectively.
