Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT and security-related initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand current and future state processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
