Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead Power BI‑driven reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights across sales, services, profitability, and operations. This role focuses on advanced business intelligence, supported by a finance background to enhance revenue and profitability analysis. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the role is key to driving data‑informed decisions.

Job Descriptions

• Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports (e.g., sales bookings, CRM pipeline, PS utilization/earn rates, profitability, AR/AP, HR headcount via Workday, ServiceNow ops, MS renewals, carbon emissions, cloud billing).

• Collaborate with cross‑functional team to elicit requirements, build data models (tabular/multidimensional), implement row‑level security (RLS), and write DAX expressions for unique business insights.
