Senior Building Technician, Tiong Bahru Plaza/Central Plaza

The role of the Building Technician is to provide maintenance and engineering support in the shopping mall.

• To ensure the M&E services of the building are in optimal operational level.
• To ensure the M&E systems and Civil aspects of the building are maintained in accordance to SOPs and contractual terms.
• To ensure service assistance is rendered to tenants timely. To carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, chilled-water systems and plumbing in the building.
• To carry out minor repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
• Attend to building and tenants’ defects and breakdowns as requested.
• Write daily reports and reports on activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, or breakdown occurrences.
