An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Services Manager to join the team at Galliford Try North East & Yorkshire.
Ideally, you will based in or around Newcastle and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for managing the delivery of Building Services elements of construction projects.
Ensure that the Building Services Programmes are delivered in a customer focused and cost-effective way and complies with all Health and Safety legislation and current Technical Standards.
