Senior Building Physicist

Job Description Conduct hygrothermal analysis to assess moisture movement, condensation risk, and drying performance. Perform thermal modeling and thermal bridging assessments to improve building envelope efficiency. Support whole-building energy performance optimization through simulation. Develop airtightness and acoustic performance solutions. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to design and validate testing programs. Analyze and interpret test results to support product development and performance improvements. Skills & Experience Minimum 5–8 years' experience in building performance analysis Facade engineering, building envelope design, or materials R&D Strong understanding of heat, air, moisture, and acoustic performance in buildings Experience with simulation software such as WUFI, THERM, flixo, Design Builder, EnergyPlus, or similar Knowledge of building energy standards, regulations, and weatherproofing principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical repor...
