What you will do

• Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
• Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager
• Contribute to cluster/territory teams and Marketing Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives and responsibilities
• Engage with peers, District Manager, and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge
• Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, including how retail practices, clinics, and hospitals operate
• Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion
• Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Amgen Performance for Selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
