Demonstrate expertise in Revit modelling within Mechanical Building Services. Conduct self‑checks, including clash avoidance with other services. Operate in the Autodesk collaboration platforms such as BIM360 or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud). Enhance skills and participate in training and upskilling sessions. Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop content and ensure adherence to standards. Conduct thorough Level 3 QA/QC checks on discipline models. Work autonomously, manage time, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Interpret and comprehend construction documents proficiently.
