Senior BIM Manager - Rail Infrastructure & IDD Lead

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead AEC digital delivery on a major rail project in Tampines. You will drive BEP setup, clash management, and multi-disciplinary coordination to support on-site delivery.

Responsibilities include ensuring LTA regulatory compliance, producing As-Built models, and guiding a team of BIM coordinators and modellers in IDD workflows, with hands-on modelling from 3D to 6D.
