Senior BIM Coordinator / Draftsperson

FOR SINGAPOREAN ONLY. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BIM draftperson to prepare shop drawings, sketch etc
• Using autocad / revit / microstation / Aecosim to draw shop drawings, sketches and as built drawings
• Coordination of P&S drawings
• Quantity take off
• Local projects only
• Prepare reports
• Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members
• Attend meetings with sub contractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members
• Minimum 2 yearsPlumbing & sanitary experience
