This role sits at the core of the energy transition, where advanced battery energy storage systems (BESS) are essential to enabling a stable, renewable‑powered grid. You will act as a key technical interface between customers and the platform, supporting the full lifecycle of battery assets from onboarding through performance optimization. The position combines hands‑on engineering with customer‑facing responsibility across the Americas. You will work closely with asset owners, O&M teams, and developers to ensure battery systems perform safely, efficiently, and at scale.
