**Senior Benefits Analyst**
The Senior Benefits Analyst oversees and manages employee benefits and retirement programs across a designated region. This role ensures effective administration, compliance, and support for employees, contributing to a positive and competitive total rewards experience.
**What you will be doing**
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in Workday to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
- Conduct New Hire Benefits orientations - US/Canada/Mexico.
- Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.
- Enroll employees with carriers and process life status changes.
- Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
- Respond to U.S. 401(k) and Canadian RRSP inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, loans, plan changes and contribution amounts.
