Senior Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker specializing in cakes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, including custom designs, tiered cakes, and specialty flavors.
• Decorate cakes with precision and creativity using icing, fondant, and other decorative techniques.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of cakes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with customers to create custom cake designs for special occasions.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• Relevant certification in baking, culinary arts, or food safety is an advantage.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently.
