Senior Backend Engineer — Ruby & Elixir, Scalable Logistics

Marley Spoon is seeking a backend software engineer to help build and expand the architecture around our Logistics and Complaints systems, from order creation to ERP integrations. You will write testable, performant code and coach teammates to strengthen engineering culture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets, work with Docker and Kubernetes, and be comfortable exploring Elixir and Python stacks while leveraging AI tools judiciously to improve systems.
