- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5+ years years experience as a BI Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in fintech, financial services, credit, or collections environments
- Strong understanding of credit risk, collections operations, or financial data analysis
- Advanced SQL skills and strong reporting capability
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement ability
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
