Senior Automotive Diagnostics & Customer Service Technician

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a highly skilled Personal Service Technician (PST) to join the Polestar Service Center. This role combines advanced diagnostic and repair expertise with direct customer interaction from booking to handover.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles to Polestar and Al-Futtaim standards, aiming for first-time fixes, high customer satisfaction, and productive workshop operations, while mentoring junior technicians.
