What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance
• Diagnose and solve connectivity and performance problems
• Install, configure and maintain telecommunications systems and network devices
• Provide technical support to end users
• Resolve hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with other technical teams to implement projects and technological improvements

What we’re looking for

• IT Technician or Engineer degree
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of networks, communication protocols, and operating systems
• Demonstrable skills in technical problem solving
• CCNA is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
