Senior Associate 4+ PQE
My client is an elite US law firm with a significant London presence. Its ranked partner bench is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to provide advice on;
- UK and international tax structuring for cross-border deals, PE transactions and private M&A matters
- joint ventures and divestments, internal reorgs
- tax-efficient structuring of carried interest / incentive arrangements
- Fund formation
- cap markets related tax
- real estate (lesser)
