Our team advises on a broad range of high-profile and complex tax matters, including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing. We work on market-leading deals across a wide variety of industries, both domestically and internationally.
