Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performing end-to-end processing of monthly multi-country payrolls in India and APAC (Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Australia and Japan) including scheduling and timelines, collection of information, analysis, input, reconciliation, funding, reporting and follow-up
- Keep the regional and global team abreast of changing payroll and benefits laws in country
- Completing and auditing tax filings as required by government
- Producing payroll and compensation reports as scheduled for various departments and assisting with participation in special surveys
- General ledger reporting process including preparing, auditing, and delivering files to Accounting
- Coordinating with HR for onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining the relevant systems for electronic personnel and compensation data
