Senior associate - oracle hcm integrations

Summary:
The Indus HRIS Senior Associate (Oracle HCM Integrations) supports the design, delivery, and ongoing operations of HR technology integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream platforms (e.g., payroll, benefits, identity and access management, time, learning, finance, data/analytics, and third-party vendors). This role focuses on integration intake, requirements translation, mapping, testing, deployment coordination, and production support to ensure secure, accurate, and timely employee data movement across systems. The position partners closely with HRIS functional leads, IT/integration teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions and improve data quality and process automation.
