• Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables adhering to company and department policies and procedures relating to AML, Data Governance and Outsourcing.
• Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to consistently complete deliverables within SLAs, escalating any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
