Senior Associate Director

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Associate Director provides strategic and operational leadership for RiseBoro's portfolio of outstation programs. In partnership with the Director of School-Based Programs and Education Division leadership, this role advances portfolio-wide performance, program quality, compliance, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth across multiple sites, contracts, and funding streams. The Senior Associate Director will lead the development and implementation of systems, infrastructure, and continuous improvement strategies that strengthen program quality, operational effectiveness, and participant outcomes across the portfolio.
