Senior Associate, Channel & Strategic Partnerships

Job Purpose

•Responsible for supporting the growth of revenue, sales and market share through the accreditation, onboarding, and management of Payment Facilitator, Merchant Service Providers (MSPs), Third-Party and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Aggregators, and special merchant channels

•Provides operational, administrative, and project execution support to ensure the timely rollout of merchant acquisition programs, compliance monitoring, and partner engagement initiatives

•Manages assigned partner accounts and support the Section Head in expanding acquiring channels.

•Monitors partner performance, compliance, and issue resolution

•Coordinates implementation of new programs and initiatives under PFs, ISOs, and Aggregators

•Assists in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for accredited partners.

•Supports business reporting and vendor service reviews
