Senior Assistant Vice President, Strategy, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Corporate Development & Strategy:
  • Own and lead assignments in exploring and evaluating potential partnerships, acquisitions and investment opportunities to drive growth and innovation, including development of business cases, financial modelling and contract negotiation & drafting.
  • Own and lead assignments in identifying and implementing strategies to unlock value within the organisation, including turnaround efforts for underperforming subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation, including performance monitoring of KPIs and providing analysis & recommendations.
