Senior Assistant Manager, Finance

The role of the Senior Accountant is to provide support to the Finance team with regards to day-to-day finance operations as well as transactions in relation to the institution’s upcoming new building. He / She will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good governance and delivery of financial services in the following areas:

• Create billing requests to Finance Shared Services to generate invoices for sundry or intercompany customers
• Process patient invoicing and refunds
• Assist in verification of bills post system implementation including checking completeness and accuracy of billing
• Check and review procurement requisitions and payments to ensure governance, that requisitions are properly supported and coded
• Liaise with Finance Shared Services and vendors to ensure that bills are timely processed and promptly paid
