Job Role / Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
prepare, compile, and circulate monthly Morbidity & Mortality (M&M) meeting reports, maintaining related data logs, indicators, and presentation records.
manage record keeping, response documentation and follow-ups of patient feedback, complaints, and incident reports
support compliance with ISO, JCIA, and other quality improvement initiatives within the department
coordinate assigned meetings and prepare minutes and rolling action lists
assist in the administration of in-service examinations, teaching sessions, and training programs (S/MO, Internship, and Instructor Programs).
track attendance and maintain records for academic, training, and CME activities.
coordinate logistics for academic events, CME sessions, and departmental projects.
