By mid-2026 you’ll condense your working week very slightly and get every second Friday off. From day one, finishing at lunch on Fridays gives you a similar break.

Overtime won’t really be a thing for you any longer and you’ll get 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays. The Director values a lifestyle approach, which means you’ll spend your Fridays and evenings at leisure, and you’ll enjoy a relaxed approach to when you start and finish work.

At work you’ll have plenty of freedom too. You’ll have a lot of responsibility and run significant projects, and you’ll get to do it your way, without feeling like you’re under a microscope. Support is there when you need it but in large part you’ll take a strong brief and instructions, then go about delivering your work in your own way.
