Senior Architectural Designer – ArchiCAD

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Designer / Documentation Specialist to support the delivery of residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects for a leading Australian architecture and design practice.

This role is highly focused on construction documentation, technical detailing, BIM workflows, and project coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Architects, Associates, consultants, and project teams to produce accurate, coordinated, and buildable documentation packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and coordinate architectural documentation across project stages, from concept through to construction documentation

• Prepare detailed documentation packages including stairs, kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, façade details, window schedules, external works, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules
