Job Description
Talent Tides is looking for a Senior Architect (Technical) to join one of our prestigious clients in the UAE. If you have strong technical expertise in architectural coordination and contracting experience, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
- Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents
- Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building codes
- Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
- Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen
- Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors
- Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal logs
