Job Description

Senior Analyst – 10 month Fixed term

Responsibilities

• Providing technical leadership that strengthens responsiveness and maintains high technical standards. Enable usable access to data through robust data engineering, automated reporting, and clear stewardship of business rules, while lifting team capability through peer coaching and mentoring.
• Leading the transition to an insights‑led operating model by changing how data products are designed and delivered. Embed practices that move the Ministry beyond traditional data warehousing toward actionable, value‑focused insights.
