Senior Analyst - Value and Access

Role Summary

As a Senior Analyst within our Canadian Value and Access team, you will take a leading role in the delivery of market access, HTA and health economics projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will work alongside Team Heads, Consultants, Analysts and Project Coordinators to deliver high‑quality projects that support reimbursement and access decisions across Canada.

About the Role

Projects may include the development of HTA submission packages for CDA‑AMC and INESSS, writing up economic evaluations and budget impact analyses, reimbursement strategy, evidence generation planning, value communication materials and other market access deliverables. You will work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including regular interaction over email and in meetings, providing strategic input and ensuring projects are delivered to an exceptionally high standard and within agreed timelines.
