Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for Sales and Customer Experience leaders, owning budgeting, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Develop a deep understanding of operational metrics such as sales cycles, conversion rates, customer churn, net revenue retention, customer acquisition cost, and sales productivity.
• Transform complex data into actionable recommendations that support both day‑to‑day and strategic decision‑making.
