Hybrid work model – 4 days/week in the office. Full time Position. This position is offered remotely for candidates located outside the greater Montreal and Las Vegas area. Candidates based in Montreal or Las Vegas will be required to work on-site, in accordance with local practices.

As a Senior Analyst, Conversion Rate Optimization, you will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of how we turn interest into action across our digital ecosystem. This is not a reporting role. You will operate as a strategic partner to web experience, marketing, and engineering; identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and driving measurable improvements in conversion across global markets. You will be the subject matter expert in conversion rate optimization and experimentation strategy, defining long‑term vision, governance, and frameworks that guide digital optimization efforts globally.
