Role Purpose Statement

This role is a member of Bunge Global Sanctions Compliance (“GSC”) Team and will provide legal and compliance support regarding economic sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), anti-boycott and other compliance regulations relevant to the operations and regulation of Bunge’s businesses around the world. While the role’s primary duties will be focused on compliance, there may be occasions where he/she is requested to provide additional support to the Legal Team provided that this does not encroach upon compliance duties.

Main Accountabilities

Conduct counterparty due diligence reviews, including but not limited to fact-gathering, ultimate beneficial ownership research, compliance screenings, sanctions hits and/or other red flags identification and review and other due diligence activities;
