Senior Analyst, Cash App

Job Summary: We are looking for a candidate proficient in Chinese (Read & write) to manage and oversee cash application activities for assigned portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timely resolution of complex issues, and driving continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cash application and reconciliation activities for assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage more complex portfolios and resolve discrepancies to minimize disputes.
• Ensure timely follow-up on unallocated payments and open items.
• Process and validate credit / debit memos by ensuring appropriate approvals are in place prior to release.
• Perform write off adjustments on customer accounts in accordance to guidelines.
• Ensure compliance to SLAs, policies and procedures.
• Support month end closing, audits, and cross functional coordination.
