What will you do?
As a Senior Financial Analyst in the E2E Performance Pillar, you will take a leading role in driving financial performance, productivity insights, and strategic decision‐making across the NAM region.You'll act as a trusted business partner to Plant Controllers, FP&A, and Productivity leaders, helping translate data into impactful actions.Lead financial and productivity analysis, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunitiesOwn and enhance reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful outputsPartner with stakeholders to influence decision‐making through data‐driven recommendationsDrive forecasting and planning activities, ensuring alignment with business strategyOversee month‐end close deliverables and ensure integrity of financial dataLead or support cross‐functional initiatives related to productivity and finance transformationIdentify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practicesMentor junior analysts an...
