SENIOR ANALYST / ASSOCIATE – M&A ADVISORY

NAFA is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to join its M&A team in Dubai and play a key role in the execution and development of advisory mandates across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising , and strategic finance transactions.

The successful candidate will work directly alongside the managing director and will be expected to take ownership of transaction workstreams, produce high-quality client materials.

This role is designed for a highly analytical and execution-oriented professional with strong financial modeling capabilities, excellent presentation skills , and the ability to operate autonomously in a demanding advisory environment.
