Role Description
Focus on regulatory horizon scanning, including obligation management and risk reporting, which is a vital part of the Bank’s ongoing oversight of prudential regulatory compliance 
Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact and guide stakeholders across regions as they implement change
Shape and maintain prudential risk policies, support Board level reporting and help ensure accurate, meaningful risk insights for senior leaders
Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to strengthen prudential frameworks, contribute to operational risk assessments and support the broader governance responsibilities of the team
