The role ensures the completeness of monthly closings, prepares financial statements, supports year‑end audit, and participates in forecasting and budgeting cycles for the portfolio companies and funds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director Finance & Compliance in all finance functions of the organization.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper presentation of the financial statements.
• Explain fluctuations versus budget on the P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Participate in LBE (Latest Best Estimate), Budget and Strategic plan processes for the P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Participate in audit and the preparation of yearly consolidated financial statements and notes.
• Support with Capital Calls received from invested companies and funds.
