Senior Analog/High-Speed IC Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the design of high-speed analog IC blocks (e.g., TIA, front-end, equalization)
• Contribute toSerDes architectures at advanced data rates
• Lead designs from concept throughtape-out and silicon validation
• Perform lab bring-up, measurement, and debugging
• Work closely with layout, digital, and system teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong technical culture

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience inAnalog Integrated Circuit Design
• Proven track record ofmultiple IC tape-outs with measured results
• Deep expertise in high-speed design (SerDes, TIA, or front-end circuits)
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, jitter, and high-frequency effects
• Experience with standards likePCI ExpressorUCIeis an asset
