Job Description
A Senior Analog Design Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based semiconductor client. This role offers the opportunity to lead and control the complete development lifecycle of world-class mixed-signal and analog ASICs within a highly agile Irish semiconductor company. This is an onsite role in Cork Ireland. 
Role of this position

Lead a team of analog and mixed-signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence
Own the roadmap for ASICs in optoelectronic applications
Lead the design and delivery of high-quality ASICs, meeting stringent industrial and quality standards
Drive innovation in circuit design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies
Have technical and management responsibility for the team, including people management
