Senior ALM Risk & Liquidity Strategy Lead

FirstRand Limited is seeking a senior ALM risk specialist to design, implement and enhance the ALM Risk Management framework and related metrics. The role advises senior stakeholders and ensures alignment with regulatory expectations and risk appetite across jurisdictions.

The incumbent will translate risk appetite into limits, maintain ALM policies, and drive improvements in reporting, disclosures and stress testing—partnering with Treasury and business units to embed risk insight into strategy.
