Polar Research Center is part of Polar R&D and it acts as an innovation accelerator for Polar product and service developments. Research Center comprises a multidisciplinary team with expertise ranging from sensor technology and algorithms to physiology, data, and AI sciences, as well as exercise and health sciences. The team conducts cutting‑edge research in wearable technologies, follows scientific developments, and collaborates globally with academic and industry partners. Polar Research Center is located at our headquarters in Kempele.
