About the Job:

As a Senior AI Transformation Lead for Finance Transformation, you will drive the successful delivery of AI-enabled solutions that modernize finance capabilities across Allianz Technology. Partnering closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers on the New Horizon 2030 initiative, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to bring AI and data-driven initiatives from concept through to operational delivery — ensuring they are secure, scalable, and compliant. This role combines strong coordination, project management, and communication skills with the ability to guide IT architects and technical teams in delivering transformative AI solutions.
