The AI Software Engineer is a core technical role within the AI Lab. This person helps design and build the foundation that AI solutions are built on — bringing engineering depth, an eye for systems thinking, and a commitment to quality that raises the bar for the whole team.

Contributing to system design and feasibility assessments for new AI initiatives, helping evaluate technical approaches, surface risks, and shape solution direction ahead of development.
