Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our AI & Automation Centre of Excellence. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on full stack developer with strong interests in GenAI, workflow automation, and agentic AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement internal GenAI applications, including chatbot systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and autonomous agentic AI solutions.
- Fine‑tune large language models (LLMs) using internal datasets to improve performance for domain‑specific tasks.
- Collaborate with and manage offshore developers and external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of AI and automation projects.
